CNY BBQ Party
We just had our BBQ party again & this time is at Wei Lin's place, one of my best buddies in high school. ;)
Just got back & we had a great time, drank, ate, gambled. LOL. Won 5bucks only this time. xD
I haven't had photo's in yet so will post it in later on. We drank black label Johnny Walker & gosh it tasted horrible.
I remember drinking it when I was at Le' Meridien Pub with Lance, Stephanie Chew, Nick, & Steffi during our meeting with Jay Chou. Reframed back, yeah~ It was fun. xD
I have like 3 transformers character to sketch out left, just finished up my BMW 6 Series & the good old Chevrolet Camaro sketch.
Still need to get my cut-out version of Chris Brown & Color Studies art to be completed by tonight. Pushing! ;)

Whoa!
Just got back from Desa Setapak, did what's needed to be done.
Had my haircut at Miko, bought PC Speakers(Edifier M3200), External USB Port, & some CD's (Mirrors Edge, NOD32). Spent quite a lot, straightened my hair(front) & I got my new look. xD
Ain't it cool? I like Miko Salon's work, I'm a regular there.

Rough Rough.
Been busying around with assignments again. That's one serious shit designers life weyh. LOL.
Well, on a Sunday I'm home, went out with Dad in the morning at Great Eastern Mall, ate breakfast at O'Briens, had a great chat with him about our coming future plans. We were talking about doing some minor business in the tourism line, sailing in Langkawi as to say. I wouldn't wanna talk further about it but seems like its a superb plan for my Dad as he moves on. ;)
Then I got home, mom begged me to go up with her to Gohtong Jaya again for Outreach. Went & I did my basic design assignments, drew quite a number of dope stuff, & then I felt like getting back home. Reached home, did tweaking on the assignments then off I went to Lance's home at Solaris Mon't Kiara.
As usual, had a small gathering together with the dude's, Nick, Kenn, the gang.... Gambling & hanging out were the main purpose for it. But everyone was glued to the television to watch Rafael Nadal & Roger Federer. We pokered, blacked jack, & I won loads. Around RM55. LOL! xD
Now I feel like a criminal. LOL.
STILL, I did what I had to do when I was at Lance's...... ASSIGNMENTS!
I sketched out logo's & blablabla.... A lot. Seriously.
Emilio dropped me home. Back home, I formatted & upgraded my PC to 4GB RAM, Windows Vista Ultimate 32Bit.

Chinese New Year 2009
I had a great Chinese New Year Celebration this year with all my family. It was like non-stop fun and relaxation moment of time around and one of the best yet. ;)
Angpows were a lot less, but gosh, the amount of cash is way-beyond our expectations, way-beyond. Very high up in fact, close to 4-digits. LOL.
Well, I wouldn't wanna mention further more.
Here's all the CNY plan.
Sunday afternoon right after church we followed Dad to Pavilion as usual, & it goes...
________________________________________________________________________
SUNDAY
12pm - Pavilion KL(Watched "Inkheart", Shopping, Hanging out at Wong Kok)
4pm - Back to Dad's place at Bangsar(Chill with DVD's, Getting ready for a family reunion)
6pm - The "Foong" Family Reunion at my Uncle's(Datuk James) place.
12am - Off to Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam with my Mom & Kevin(stayed over night at my Aunt's place).
Inkheart was just OK for me, but I loved the special effects.
After the movie, Dad mentioned about clothes for me so then went straight to my "clothing-line" SODA & got a piece of red-shirt for cny, It looked great & funky, a little "hip-hop" CNY kinda thing. THANKS DAD! ;)
Later, I had a great time with my family & loads of photo's were taken, but they're all in the DSLR my Dad's holding it. Will post it all up later. Well, my Foong side's were all VIP's & they are all super-nice! Just that we had to be a lot more well-mannered, & we had a lot of fun together cam-whoring! Liked the fact that we would be able to keep in touch with everyone single one of them & felt so blessed to have a family like that.
Afterall, Dad dropped my sis & myself to the LRT station, Mom & Kevin waited & we hop into their car. Off we go to Kota Kemuning then, it was late midnight.

This day was one of the craziest or I should say the dopest day I had with my Mom's side. LOL. Then came the jacket that caught my attention at this fashion concept design store.
LOL. My head was too big!
I actually liked the contrast of the jacket with baby milo there, & there was a lip-shaped pattern right above my ass.

Kickstarting 2009!
Well, yet another year!
I'll see what God has installed for me this year 2009. Guess it's gonna be a rough year for me.
Just to let you all know what I've been up to...
Chapter 1 -
Boriz's 19th Birthday Bash!
Well, Yeah~ It's my birthday today on the 22nd January. Had a BBQ Partey with my close friends the night before my birthday. Had a Really Great Time and Blast, its one of my best birthday parties ever had. ;)
Many of them were wasted or you should call it "Tipsy". Seriously Wasted. I was one of the victim but not outta control. LOL. Jen Wey the Bouncer puked all of a sudden and I had to clear the mess even when I'm almost reaching to that point. LOL!
There were more of them actually, the others were lost. LOL.
A Big THANK YOU TO ALL ATTENDEES! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!
Chapter 2 -
Visual Imaginative Metaphors Strikes!
If you're curious about what I'm actually up to lately, I'm actually working a lot on my own assignments and group ones(Visual Imaginative Metaphors). It wasn't at all an easy life for me but I am getting a heck of it, enjoyable yet there were times when we felt like we went straight down the drain. One metaphor there. XD
Visual Imaginative Metaphors (V.I.M.)
Above: Raymond(Production Manager), Cheng Ji(Art Director), Jack(Production Designer), Wei(Art Director)
Below: Boriz(Creative Director*Leader), Eugene(Checker)
I'm the youngest member in the group, yet I'm the one in charge of the group, I do find it awkward sometimes. xD
Our last presentation for Basic Design, we were pretty messed up about our concepts. But our presentation is so good, maybe partially it was because of me, I still think that everyone plays a important role in the team. Lecturers blast pretty badly about our design concept, but we stayed calm and we gave the right feedback. Thank God! LOL.
Then there's my own assignments, I begin to feel the demands or requirements from the lecturers but they really seem to like my work. I've no idea why as my work seems very simple and very comparable to the other students in my class yet their work weren't approved from the lecturers. Well, can't wait to get to Majoring the real thing where the challenges comes. ;)
I'm heading into Majoring Animation around the month of March and will move on from there to my biggest goal of life. ;)
Chapter 3 -
R&B(Randy & Boriz) Musix Album Update.
Here, there were some major changes. Alvin withdraw himself from the group due to certain reasons, Randy and I then decided to do it duo. So there comes up R&B(Randy & Boriz). The album was then discussed about it and we felt that we should be working on it patiently without hesitation to release it due to certain issues, this process will probably take 1 to 2 years of production. So looks like everybody's gotta wait and we'll promise good music. ;)
I'll put on hold from here onwards. Owh yeah~ Realised that I lost a lot of weight, getting skinnier as everything turns out so crazy for me the past years.
P/S: Just wanna add that I felt regretful over my past few years life, the past really does haunts me so bad and I'm seriously trying really hard to begin a new chapter for my life. I should have been a lot more appreciative to what I already have had. Damn, I'm messed up, looks like only God could refresh things back. And it is time that I had to behave like a man. LOL. Seriously, it had to be like a flower blossoming now, learn from the past and start fresh. But certain things aren't able to take it back, allowing God to lead me the right path.

Boriz's Favorite Artistes
Moving on,
I've been checking out some upcoming inspiring artist's art impression. I loved Surrealism & Abstract art as both of them has their own agenda, I was thinking what if both this elements were to combine together? Will it create a new image? So here goes, my current all-time favorite artistes are James Jean & Michelangelo.
James Jean is my hot-favorite, pop-surrealism artist and comic artist. He does for Prada, DC Comics, Nike, & Men's Health magazines. A Taiwanese-American award winning artist and illustrator currently living in Los Angeles, educated at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Graduated in 2001, he quickly became an acclaimed cover artist for DC Comics. And thats where all the madness started.
His works are Pop Surreal, Cartoon-Tainted & Abstract Surrealism. Here are one of the few samples by him.
"Crayon Eater"
"Prada Bloom"
"Hive"
His artworks are usually dark & filled with curiosity, Amazing isn't it? ;)
Next up is Michelangelo, I don't think the world don't know him. One of the Fresco painter & sculptor, famous for his sculpting creation. And the Sistine Chapel art, imagine a old dude painting the ceiling for up to 4 years! Neck hurts like hell! xD
One Of them,
"Pieta"
"Statue of David"
"Sistine Chapel Ceiling"
Perfection right? Do check them out. ;)

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR 2009
Hi all,
It's my first post here, just to warm things up.
HAPPY CHINESE "NIU" YEAR TO EVERYONE!
WISH Y'ALL HAPPY & A BLESSED YEAR AHEAD!
As for me, I'll be heading to my uncle Datuk James Foong's place at Bangsar on the Sunday night with my Dad & Sis. (just google his name & you'll straight away know what is he known for). Then during the midnight, Mom & Kevin would get Stef & myself to Shah Alam to visit my Mom's side of family. So as usual, I'll be visiting my cousins & relatives in both of this places, Bangsar & Shah Alam.
And I've took some photos of my workplace in my room. Just for the fun of it. LOL
Meanwhile, I'll keep to date about my Chinese New Year 2009 experiences here.
Again, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!
